Hdf5 Strided Loading

strided - Equally spaced indices that include all input indices

keep - Identify requested indices in superset of loaded indices

limits - Return index limits given a set of element lengths

fromLimits - Return all indices within sets of index limits

subscript - Subscript linear indices of N-dimensional array
